Skills Dynamics Services Limited; a firm focused on concepts and ideas that are expected to change behaviours, attitudes and reinforces the skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service. Our programmes are designed to help organisation keep customers, build market share and improve the performance of the entire work force so that a culture of delivering superior customer service is developed.
We are a team of seasoned professionals with a combined experience of over fifty years. Our consultants and trainers are engaged as associates and function as certified customer service practitioners, certified trainers, certified customer service trainers and chartered accountants.
 
The Company is managed by Mrs. Eno Iniworikabo. She is a graduate of Pure/Applied Mathematics from the University of Port Harcourt and also holds a Masters in Business Administration. She is a customer service consultant and certified trainer with Service Quality Institute (SQI) Minneapolis, USA. Also, she had attended training courses in training, designing and delivering learning and is a member of American Society of Training & Development (ASTD).
 
Prior to setting Skills Dynamics Services Limited, she was the Head, Business Development under Training and Development Department of The Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC).
 
Her working experience spanned over 15 years in Branch Banking, Branch Operations, Customer Service Delivery, Relationship Management and Customer Service Training. Also, she served as Head, Branch Banking, African Express Bank.
 
She is particularly skilled in the improvement of customer service delivery and attitudinal change in the workplace that would translate to optimal performance.
 
She has designed and facilitated training for various levels in organisations –from fresh graduates to managers in banks. She delivers training in over 10 different topics related to customer services and other soft skills.

  Our interventions can be delivered through a 2 - 3 days straight training or spaced one week apart until the sessions are covered.
